At this informative seminar, you will learn about a variety of housing options available for seniors, including 55 & 65 over communities, condominiums, cooperatives, independent living communities, community care retirement communities (CCRC), and assisted living facilities. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the benefits and drawbacks of establishing a Medicaid Asset Protection Trust to protect your home. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and get advice from experts in the field. professionals in the fields of real estate, Medicaid planning, and asset protection.
The Station Branch is located south of the LIRR train station on New York Avenue (Route 110). It has public computers for children, teen and adults, a large community room on the second floor as well as five smaller meeting rooms and a classroom style training room.
