Celebrate Spanish Heritage month & the first day of fall by making delicious apple enchiladas.
There is a $5 non-refundable fee for this program.

Celebrate Spanish Heritage month and the first day of autumn by making delicious apple enchiladas, a dessert twist on a classic favorite. Pick up a kit containing the dry ingredients for the recipe and then follow along at home with an instructional video to prepare this yummy sweet treat. Please note: patrons will have to supply the other ingredients to complete the recipe.  Kits are limited and will be available for pick up at the library's main branch between September 16 and September 20 or they will go to the next person on the waitlist. Registration required. HPL cardholders only. There is a $5 non-refundable fee for this program.
