The ancient Chinese practice of QiGong evolved over many centuries. It revitalizes your physical body, mind and spirit with movements that are fluid, zero impact, easy to learn and non-strenuous. Instructor Leslie Martin meets you wherever you are in your health and physical ability. Wear comfortable, loose clothing. You should have two chairs with chair backs, available and at least one of them with a firm seat. Registration is required. Open to all. Note: there is no registration fee for this session (July 26-September 20).
